Job Title : HR Operation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operation Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee the HR operations of overseas employees and expatriates, ensuring seamless cross-border transfers, efficient file management, effective non-cash benefits, and supplier management.

The successful candidate will interpret and design HR operation processes that comply with local regulations and group standards, conducting regular process audits and efficiency analysis to promote compliance and efficiency.

The HR Operation Specialist will lead overseas HR human resource operation projects, outputting standardized toolkits to continuously improve human resource operation efficiency and user experience.

Maintenance of HR system data is also a key responsibility, ensuring data integrity, supporting overseas module demand analysis and functional testing, and providing local data insight support for headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English as the working language, with preference given to those who also speak a third language.
• Experience in overseas HR operations, preferably with background in overseas human resource system building or project management.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations, with preference given to candidates who have successfully handled overseas labor disputes or compliance audit cases.
• Multicultural teamwork experience, strong communication skills, structured thinking skills, attention to details, and results-driven approach.
