Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize BIWIN Storage's operational processes. The successful candidate will ensure efficient production, logistics, and supply chain management while maintaining quality standards. This role is vital for achieving operational excellence and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning :

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals

Collaborate with leadership to set operational objectives and KPIs

Production Management :

Oversee manufacturing processes for storage products

Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Supply Chain Optimization :

Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners

Develop strategies to minimize costs and reduce lead times

Quality Control :

Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications

Implement quality management systems and continuous improvement processes

Inventory Management :

Optimize inventory levels to balance cost control with product availability

Develop forecasting models to anticipate inventory needs

Team Leadership :

Manage operations staff including production, logistics, and warehouse teams

Provide mentorship and training to develop team capabilities

Process Improvement :

Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operations

Lead lean / six sigma initiatives to enhance operational performance

Compliance :

Ensure operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards

Maintain appropriate documentation and certifications

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

7+ years of operations experience with at least 3 years in a management role

Experience in electronics manufacturing or IT hardware production preferred

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Proficiency with ERP systems and operations management software

Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or CPIM is a plus
