🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Talent Matchmaking : Source, screen, and schedule high-quality candidates for both high-volume and specialized roles.
- Client Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and long-term hiring goals.
- Candidate Champion : Be the single point of contact for candidates—supporting them through screening, assessments, and onboarding.
- Pipeline Engagement : Reactivate and maintain candidate pipelines through creative outreach (text campaigns, direct messaging, etc.).
- Data & Results : Keep ATS records accurate and up-to-date, consistently hit KPIs, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
💼 What We’re Looking For
English Fluency : Advanced conversational English — you’ll be using it every day!Recruiting Experience :Minimum 6 months recruiting for the U.S. market (high-volume roles preferred).At least 1 year of overall experience in sourcing and recruitment.Organized & Strategic : Strong planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.Goal-Oriented : Motivated by results, quality hires, and candidate satisfaction.🎯 Why Join Us?
