Job Description :
Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Customer Support Associate II to join our team in Guadalajara, MX.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and / or action plans to internal sales team staff.
- Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms, filing, set up of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 (Customer Part and Pricing System) maintenance for contract pricing.
- Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.
- Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.
What You'll Need
Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.2–3 years of customer service experience.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Ability to communicate fluently in English.Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.What’s In It For You :

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate :
$18,508.33 - $23,437.16 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
