Business Intelligence Developer - Cloud Migration

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Developer to support our cloud modernization initiative, which includes migrating analytics environments from AWS to Google Cloud and transitioning reporting solutions from Tableau to Looker.

Main Responsibilities :

• Data Visualization & Migration : Assist the team in migrating Tableau dashboards and data models to Looker, ensuring consistency in data logic, KPIs, and business definitions.
• Collaboration & Transition : Collaborate with analytics engineering and data analyst teams to support the transition of BI assets from Tableau Cloud to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Performance Optimization : Optimize Tableau extracts and data sources into dbt models for improved performance and scalability on dbt Cloud and GCP.
• Semantic Modeling : Design and maintain semantic models in LookML and reusable data layers to ensure consistent business logic across dashboards and reports.
• SQL Development : Write complex SQL queries for data validation, transformation, and performance tuning.
• Reporting Requirements : Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into effective Looker Explores, Looks, and dashboards.
• Ai Tools Integration : Effectively use AI tools such as Claude Code to assist with all responsibilities listed above.
