Driver Support Analyst (Evening Shift)

We are currently seeking a

Driver Support Analyst

with safety experience to join our team in Querétaro.

This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with all the department.

Work Shift

: Monday to Saturday 3 : 00 p.m to 11 : 00 p.m

Responsibilities

Analyze and validate drivers' administrative records (attendance, documentation, payroll inputs).

Provide support to drivers in relation to amenities (showers, rest areas, room assignments, etc.).

Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure drivers receive timely assistance.

Prepare reports on driver-related metrics and administrative compliance.

Address drivers' concerns and act as a communication bridge with internal departments.

Identify areas of improvement in administrative processes for better driver experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in transportation / logistics.

Strong knowledge of Excel and administrative systems.

Intermediate–Advanced English (written and verbal).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
