Location : Mexico City (Hybrid, with travel across LatAm)
Salary : 1.2M–1.8M MXP base + variable + benefits
Scout Global is working with a high-growth SaaS company that sells into regulated industries. Their platform helps enterprises enhance security, improve efficiency, and build trust through innovative digital identity and compliance solutions. This is a key role in their Mexico City office, driving growth across enterprise and public sector accounts in a rapidly expanding market.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle : prospecting, outreach, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach
- Identify new business opportunities and manage pipeline effectively in CRM
- Prepare and deliver reports, bids, and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with marketing on events and digital campaigns
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to position the solution effectively
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years’ experience in SaaS business development / consultative sales with enterprise clientsTrack record of working with both public and private sector organisationsStrong negotiation, account management, and objection-handling skillsFluent in English (written and verbal)Based in Mexico City, with availability to travel nationally and across LatAmSelf-starter with initiative, results focus, and strong interpersonal skillsFollow Scout Global for more roles like this
