DFM Manufacturing Engineer

What will you do?

The Senior Product Industrialization Engineer will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and optimizing manufacturability throughout the entire product development or engineering change (EC) lifecycle, from initial concept through manufacturing and launch. This position demands a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, process improvement, and the implementation of best practices in design and manufacturing engineering. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to contribute to complex projects and maintain a focus on continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.

How will you do it?

• Participate in product industrialization activities, ensuring smooth transition from design, through prototyping, and to full‑scale manufacturing.
• Collaborate with design, R&D, and production teams to develop and implement design for manufacturing (DFM) strategies.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and quality teams to ensure processes, subassemblies, and tests are in place to ensure the manufacturing meets design intent and quality standards.
• Ensure released information for manufacture is aligned to global manufacturing standards and is up to date with manufacturing best practices.
• Provide on‑site production support as a representative of the product design.
