As Senior Enterprise Account Executive you will open new markets, develop strategic alliances, and generate high-value opportunities to expand our footprint in Latin America. This role will be responsible for managing the renewals process from start to finish working with various departments throughout the company with an emphasis on Sales, Legal and Finance. Additional responsibilities include contract negotiations, updating sales force automation and all other aspects of the prospecting and sales renewals sales process.
Prospect and develop opportunities in key accounts in banking, fintech, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and government
Manage the entire sales cycle : identification, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Design and execute regional expansion strategies aligned with the company objectives
Report pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields
~ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management (desirable)
~5–8 years in business development or enterprise B2B sales in technology, SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or cybersecurity companies
~ Experience selling digital identity, biometrics, electronic signature, and document validation solutions
~ Advanced English
~ Knowledge in KYC, AML, GDPR regulations, and data protection laws in Latin America
~ Proven experience in LATAM, with direct commercial management in at least 3 countries (e.g., Success in meeting annual sales targets exceeding USD 1M
~ Management of complex and consultative sales cycles with C-Level (CIO, CISO, Legal, Compliance)
~ Active participation in tenders and contract negotiations
~ Creation and management of strategic alliances with channels and partners
~ Ability to utilize technology (e.g. phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirements
