Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through :
Data-driven product selection
Traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads / SEO / KOL collaboration)
Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales / launch events)
&##Serve as Operational Partner
Guide sellers through platform onboarding : SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup
Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans
Fluent professional English (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic data analysis capability
Experience in B2B sales or e-commerce are a big plus
