Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

The main missions of the role are to lead all DT Leaders in the implementation of the digital model plant in FAS MX, following the approved budget, managing CAPEX and OPEX, and ensuring savings from the digital implementation on the shop floor.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Division DT Mgr for the construction of Strategic Plan and Budget for the FAS MX digital area
• Control and management of recurrent DT OPEX with each plant (software licenses)
• Control and management of DT CAPEX with each plant (PRs, POs, ...)
• Preparation and presentation of CAR for CAPEX requests with each level (Div, BG, ...) for each plant
• Coordination and management of the DT Roadmap to ensure compliance with the budget at the FAS MX level
• Lead the implementation of Digital Model Plant in FAS MX (MIP, Preactor, DMC, MLean and PMM)
• Coach and provide team support at plant level
• Lead trainings to increase the use of digital solutions
• Deploy Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Capitalize on new ideas for digitization
