About Metalsa, we manufacture safe and sustainable products for people around the world.Fixed Assets SpecialistMission Statement : We aim to provide reliable financial information to support business decisions through proper accounting and control of fixed assets, depreciation, tooling, and investment projects.Key Responsibilities : Accurate accounting of fixed assets according to guidelines to ensure timely month-end closing.Coordinate physical inventory goods to maintain integrity and reliability of fixed assets.Manage Capex Projects in accordance with policies to maintain control and protect resources.Ensure timely billing of Tooling projects to customers, adhering to project terms and cash flow forecasts.Administer Tooling projects, providing proof of expenses to external customers for approval.Control Capex and Tooling projects within approved budgets set by the Advisory Board.Provide necessary information to users (projects area) for analyzing fixed assets and projects.Meet internal and external audit requirements for audited financial statements.Technical Skills Required : Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fixed Assets module)Projects control and administration expertiseKnowledge of fixed assets and tooling accounting standardsIntermediate Excel skillsJob Profile : 1-2 years of experience in : Fixed Assets administrationProjects administrationAccountingEducation : CP, LAE or LNI
