Role Overview
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support both our Founder / Content Creator and our Head of Brand Partnerships. This role involves CRM management, email support, proposal assistance, and production calendar coordination. You'll be working closely with our leadership team in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
Founder / Content Creator Support (50% of role)
Manage and organize email communications for our Founder
Update and maintain customer / client information across CRM platforms
Coordinate scheduling and follow-up communications
Assist with content creator administrative tasks
Brand Partnerships / Community Support (50% of role)
Update and maintain production calendars and project timelines
Assist with drafting brand partnership proposals using existing templates
Organize brand deal documentation and communications
Support proposal review and revision process
Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and deliverables
General Administrative Support
Manage CRM systems (ClickFunnels, Pipedrive, Clay)
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Provide general administrative support as needed
Participate in regular check-ins and team communications
Required Qualifications
Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal communication)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems (ClickFunnels, Pipedrive, Clay preferred but not required)
Proficiency in email management and calendar coordination (Gmail and Superhuman)
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Must be available Monday – Friday during 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Eastern Time
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with startup founders or content creators
Background in media, entertainment, or digital marketing industry
Experience with brand partnerships or influencer marketing
Familiarity with project management and production workflows
Experience working remotely with US-based teams
