As the Social Design Assistant, you will be assisting the Social Media Coordinator with grid design, static and video edits, social task management, and outsourcing user generated content. More specifically, your job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
- Designing and / or editing a range of content, such as static photos, story sets, reel covers, static ads, as well as short term videos to be used on social platforms and across paid ads
- Mocking up trendy social grids that align with our brand vision
- Aligning with the marketing team on upcoming promotions, deals, holidays, and marketing efforts that should be pushed across multiple funnels
- Outsourcing user generated content from creators that align with upcoming promotions, launches, or campaigns
- Assisting with the mapping of social plans and uploading content to be posted
- Ensuring the content calendar and Dash Social is always current and up to date
- Creating tickets for content tasks and seeing them through until completion
- Engaging the community by responding to comments and tagged posts on our social accounts
