About the Role

Join the Incentives Development team as a Software Developer contributing to the Varicent Incentives platform – a single-page web app. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and data scientists to build modern, scalable features and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Note : This role requires employees to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. Remote candidates are welcome but must align with EST for collaboration. The position is fully remote with a results-driven culture.
