About the Role

As a Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex challenges. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into real-world applications, analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights, and continuously improve model performance.

You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and machine learning, ensure your solutions are scalable for production environments, and communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically manage large-scale AI / ML projects aligned with company objectives.

Develop and deploy machine learning models to address complex problems.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into applications.

Analyze large datasets to generate insights and enhance model accuracy.

Ensure scalability and efficiency of models using Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Effectively communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in AI / ML engineering or related fields.

Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Deep understanding of ML algorithms and best practices for model deployment.

Experience working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.

Proficient in Linux environments and backend development.

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics simply.

Experience working in cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.

Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
