Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) , Agentic AI systems , and software engineering . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that leverage LLMs for complex reasoning, task automation, and dynamic user interaction. This role requires not only ML expertise but also hands-on software development skills to ensure scalable, production-grade implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune LLM-based applications for reasoning, decision-making, and conversational AI.
- Design and implement agentic AI systems capable of multi-step planning, tool use, and adaptive behaviors.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Build robust and scalable pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Evaluate model performance and implement strategies for alignment, safety, and reliability.
- Contribute to the development of internal AI tools, SDKs, and reusable components.
- Stay up to date with advancements in LLM architectures (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, open-source LLMs) and apply best practices in prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
