Regional Specialist Learning & Leadership

Responsibilities

Supports the deployment of global Talent Learning and Leadership strategy, policies and processes in alignment with regional and local characteristics and needs

Supports the coordination of the leadership, learning and talent & performance management activities and promotes best practices

Communicates and raises attention about regional / local learning and talent & performance management agenda and priorities

Aids in designing, developing, deploying and monitoring regional learning initiatives and programs

Participates in a regional learning network, knowledge sharing and aligning on learning needs not covered by the global offerings

Collaborates closely with learning community members to promote best practice sharing

Supports in consolidating the leadership, learning and talent & performance management needs from regional / country level

Tracks and analyses learning KPIs, monitoring and measuring learning impact and effectiveness

Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and organizational and industry standards in all performed activities
