About The Role

We're looking for a collaborative and experienced Software Engineer to help design, build, and improve cross-functional software solutions. You'll contribute to architecture decisions, mentor team members, and translate user needs into scalable, high-quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Design and develop software components across multiple systems
• Review code and specifications to ensure quality and maintainability
• Resolve complex bugs and performance issues
• Apply best practices in coding, testing, and development processes
• Work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
• Stay current with emerging technologies and tools
• Support and mentor junior developers
• Design and manage data models for scalable applications
