Director of Finance

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Leadership : You'll be a key advisor to the executive team, guiding long-term financial planning, modeling, and forecasting. You'll assess the financial impact of business decisions and help us seize new growth opportunities.
• Financial Operations : You will take ownership of all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting, from monthly statements to annual reports.
• Team Leadership : You will build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance and accounting team. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, developing internal talent and planning for future success.
• Board & Investor Relations : You will prepare and present financial reports to our Board of Directors and investors. You'll also play a crucial role in due diligence and fundraising efforts, supporting M&A, equity, or debt transactions.
