What Your Impact Will Be :

Acting as a Sales Finance Sr. Manager, your expertise will be critical in guiding decision-making processes and ensuring alignment between financial objectives and commercial goals across LATAM markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to Sales leaders by driving key conversations and delivering in-depth financial insights that identify opportunities to optimize profitability and market growth in LATAM.
• Spearhead the process of reviewing detailed P&L statements, ensuring clear insights into the business’s financial health is shared with the Sales teams.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain alignment with business objectives.
• Taking ownership of the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while continuously improving workflow and procedures.
• Lead a team of talented executives, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence within the finance function.
