What we do
Astra GTM is a fractional GTM team that builds revenue systems for B2B companies. We turn messy GTM into systematic, repeatable engines that actually generate pipeline.
We're not consultants who write decks. We're operators who build and run outbound systems, AI-powered workflows, and RevOps infrastructure for our clients across industries - from AI and SaaS to fintech, legal tech, logistics, and beyond. We've got some particularly exciting AI / SaaS clients right now.
What you'll do
You'll own client delivery from kickoff to ongoing execution. That means :
Client Success & Project Management
- Own client relationships - you're the main point of contact for updates, questions, and strategic alignment
- Run project timelines and ensure we ship quality work on schedule (we move fast, but we don't ship garbage)
- Translate client needs into executable workstreams for our GTM Engineers
GTM Execution & Strategy
Work directly with cofounders on client GTM strategy - ICP mapping, TAM analysis, persona bucketing, signal-based targetingCollaborate with our GTM Engineers on list builds, campaign strategy, and workflow execution in ClayWrite copy for client campaigns (emails, LinkedIn DMs, sequences) - not generic AI slop, but persona-specific messaging that actually convertsOperations & Automation
Build and maintain automations across our stack : Clay, SmartLead, HeyReach, Zapier, Notion, ClickUpSet up and manage client campaign infrastructureDocument processes and workflows so they're repeatableWhat you bring
Experience :
1-2 years in a client-facing role in B2B (account management, CS, project management)1-2 years in GTM, RevOps, Sales, Growth, Marketing, or SDR work in a B2B contextYou've been in the trenches - you know what good outbound looks like vs. spray-and-pray garbageSkills :
Strong organizational and communication skills - you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep both internal team and clients alignedProficiency with modern GTM tools : Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo (or similar data / enrichment platforms)Comfortable with sales engagement tools (Lemlist, SmartLead, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)AI Literacy (this is non-negotiable) :
You're a power user of Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc. - not just "I've used ChatGPT a few times"Strong prompt engineering skills - you know how to get AI tools to do real work, not generate generic garbageYou see AI as leverage, not a replacement for thinkingWho thrives here
