Job Description
As a Recruiter STAFF, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for all personnel joining the company, contributing directly to Solvo’s organizational growth. You’ll play a key role in identifying top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and maintaining strong communication with both candidates and clients.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment
Strong communication skills and fluency in English (required level : 8.0 to 9.0)
Ability to manage multiple processes and maintain accurate documentation
Proactive, organized, and results-driven
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate candidate profiles provided by sourcers through screening calls, assessing English level and advancing qualified candidates
Manage candidate documentation (CVs and videos), determining eligibility based on job requirements
Build and maintain a candidate database using our ATS and tracking platforms, documenting progress at each stage
Present qualified candidates to supervisors and clients according to job specifications
Maintain active communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Administer and send service order information
Work Schedule
Availability : Monday through Saturday
Hours : 7 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM (rotating shifts)
