Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD professional with expertise in delivering support, configurations, enhancements, and transaction analysis. This position will focus on troubleshooting, analysis, and process improvements across sales and distribution functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for SAP SD processes and transactions.
- Conduct configurations, enhancements, and transaction monitoring in display mode.
- Analyze purchase orders, segments, errors, and resolution steps.
- Manage incidents and requests through software solutions.
- Work with data analytics tools (e.g., iDox) to perform detailed data analysis.
- Identify and resolve issues related to incomplete data, purchase orders, invoices, and associated documents.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure effective problem-solving.
Key Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., iDox) and SAP E16N transactions including related tables.Experience analyzing orders, invoices, and incomplete or erroneous data.Knowledge of software solutions for incident and service management.Solid understanding of purchase order flows, error handling, and corrective actions.Addtional Skills
