Descripción del trabajoHold a degree in engineering or a related field. Have at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry. Exhibit strong organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and effective communication skills, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality. Be proficient in office automation systems and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Command fluent English language skills. Demonstrate expertise in project management techniques and tools, ideally with PMP certification. Familiarity with AIAG Automotive Core Tools is an asset. Awareness of management principles and practices is beneficial. Knowledge of AIAG CQI special processes (15, 23, 29 & 30) is a plus.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee project budget, timing, and quality plans in alignment with development standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate, organize, and manage all project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare requests for consultations and purchases and actively participate in sourcing committees to secure necessary resources.
- Present design and initial sample files to stakeholders and monitor progress until customer acceptance, supported by Quality teams.
- Leverage available IT systems and resources (PDM, EDM project, SAP) to ensure data reliability and accuracy.
- Submit project scorecards (QCD) to the Project Steering Committee (CPP) and propose actions as needed.
