Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, recruit, train, and evaluate franchisee performance. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret financial statements.

Your Mission :
Lead high-performing teams to achieve business excellence, develop and implement growth strategies for market expansion, and drive revenue and profitability.
How You'll Make an Impact :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance store performance and increase sales.
- Oversee operational activities, collaborate with senior management, and conduct annual financial reviews with franchisees.
- Provide leadership to staff, communicate effectively, and ensure brand representation and protection.
- Design and implement development strategies and tactics for new and existing markets.
- Ensure adherence to standards across all franchise operations.

Work Environment :
Normal office environment with occasional international travel. Ability to travel freely and maintain necessary documentation required.
