Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Appian Developer, based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility for remote work a few days per week. As a key player in our digital transformation practice, you'll harness the power of Appian's low-code platform to design, build, and optimize intelligent business processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, orchestrate complex operations, and uncover insights through process mining—ultimately empowering our clients to achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Appian applications using low-code techniques to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences.
• Lead process orchestration efforts, integrating multiple systems and data sources to create seamless, end-to-end workflows that drive efficiency.
• Implement process automation solutions to reduce manual tasks, minimize errors, and accelerate decision-making across client operations.
• Utilize process mining tools within Appian to analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and executive teams to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Integrate Appian applications with third-party systems (e.g., APIs, databases, CRM / ERP tools) to ensure robust, scalable architectures.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis to maintain high application performance and reliability.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including process maps, user guides, and deployment instructions.
• Participate in agile sprints, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to foster innovation and best practices.
