Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrated knowledge of the business; act as business partner in one or more HR areas.
• Has established partnerships across the organization, cultivating a supportive environment.
• Influences and improves broad HR processes and procedures.
• Uses reporting and metrics available to help drive decisions.
• Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
• Lead Human Resources training efforts.
• Supervise and mentor other staff as needed.
• Work independently and is a resource to others in solving broad problems encountered.
• Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
