Title and Summary

Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer.

TC Admin File Transfer specialist will be responsible for the configuration of File Transfers for MasterCard. This is a 2nd level / IT support position. Assist with the day-to-day support functions for File Transfers, which include frequent communication with Customers and Internal Support Teams. Support includes working with Vendor Products and MasterCard developed solutions.

Overview

• Support File Transfers with our customers
• Support the Operations Command Center as a Level 2 support
• Establish connectivity for File Transfers in support of our application teams
• Communicate with our customers on the requirements for setting up file transfers
• Ensure timeliness of delivery of the transfers and resolve any issues that arise
