About the Role
We are a rapidly expanding international F&B brand, now entering the Mexico market . To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. focusing on attracting, evaluating, and onboarding qualified franchise partners.
2.Build and manage pipelines of potential investors and entrepreneurs through networking, referrals, and local market research.
3.Collaborate with HQ and local teams to create franchise sales strategies, presentations, and agreements.
4.Support franchisees during the initial negotiation, site selection, and onboarding process.
5.Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and networking activities to enhance visibility.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.3+ years of experience in Retail, or Real Estate Brokerage (commercial preferred).
3.Proven track record in franchise sales, business development, or investment consulting is a plus.
4.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
5.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, international brand environment.
