As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible of :
- Develop and implement a refined sales and market expansion plan for the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of all sales and customer experience goals (sales volume, test drive rate, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Manage, train, and empower dealers in the region to ensure their teams fully understand product knowledge, sales processes, and can deliver an excellent new energy vehicle customer experience.
- Continuously collect market feedback, customer voices, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities and suggest improvement plans.
