Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.Overview of the role : Drive results with a proven ability to achieve both team and individual goals consistentlyDemonstrate sound judgment by independently monitoring a specified goal amount of alerts on a daily basis in order to identify high risk transactions and fraudulent processing activity.Monitor merchant authorizations, deposits and refunds to identify suspect transactions via RiskNet. Identify merchant accounts for credit referral or for further investigationVerify information with card issuing banksValidate suspicious transactions by contacting merchants and obtaining the necessary documents in arriving at a decisionCapture and hold funds according to guidelines as warranted. Recommend reserve release of merchant funds where appropriate.Process electronic funds transfers and wires for merchants as neededLiaise with the Investigations Team to gather information on suspect fraud transactions for timely action on referred casesFocus on the customer first by educating merchants on company policies and procedures as they relate to preventing financial losses for the merchant while simultaneously mitigating losses for Global PaymentsProvide quality customer service and subject matter expertise to all internal departments, Global Payments third party partners, independent sales organizations and also liaise with credit card issuers and financial institutions.Important : Monthly Gross Salary : 18,000 mxnHybrid scheme : 3 days in office - 2 days at homeLocation : Santa Fe, CDMXLaw and above compensation packageRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven organizational, analytical and problem solving skillsFlexibility to work different shift schedules, including weekends and holidaysStrong analytical and decision making skillsHigh standards in professionalism and fostering positive customer experienceAbility to work independently while maintaining high level of accuracyAbility to multitask in a complex environmentAdept in Google applicationsPreferred QualificationsAssociates or Bachelors Degree1 year of risk and fraud management experienceGlobal Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
