We are looking for an Employee Support Specialist – Leaves & Accommodations
- Bachelor’s Degree pr equivalent in Human Resources or field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
Escalate within various levels of leadership and Legal, when appropriate.
Identify and develop innovative suggestions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls, and / or customer service in the leave and accommodation area.Lead and manage projects related to process improvement, vendor administration, etc.Develop, generate, and present reports on a regular basis to analyze leave and accommodation data and trends.Research and validate accuracy / facts of related leave / disability issues for external clients (vendors, attorneys, legal representatives) and internal stakeholders.Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.Major Medical Expenses Insurance (extends to spouse and children under 25 years of age, if applicable).
