About this role

RetSci is seeking a motivated and passionate Supply Chain Consultant to join our fast-growing Delivery team. This team member will become an expert in our vendor partners\' software product offerings and assist with configuring and delivering their solutions to our customers. Day-to-day work will involve participating in design sessions, gathering and documenting technical and / or configuration requirements, configuring the solution based on the client\'s requirements, testing the solution, and supporting our customers as they adopt the solution.

What will you do

• Participate in client design workshops and document technical requirements and solution design requirements
• Communicate with our client IT teams various needs as it relates to data and interfaces
• Understand retail data and concepts
• Become an expert in the solution(s) you implement
• Prototype the solution and present it to the client to help them understand how they will use the tool
• Look for creative solutions to solve complex problems to optimize the performance of the tool
