This role is responsible for managing key HR processes, supporting operational and strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer the payroll process through the TRESS system.
- Develop and execute training plans for unionized personnel.
- Oversee cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning services.
- Manage operational recruitment processes.
- Administer ILU programs.
- Develop and implement communication plans.
- Participate in employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Apply disciplinary actions in accordance with the internal work regulations.
- Conduct meetings with leaders, supervisors, and union representatives.
- Perform absenteeism interviews and implement follow-up actions.
- Provide daily follow-up for new hires.
- Prepare and deliver HR KPI reports.
- Organize and participate in department events.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist function.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with unionized environments is a plus.Proficiency in HR systems; knowledge of TRESS is preferred.
