Overview

Job Description

Plans, supervises and controls operational activities and supports the process through management indicators, identify and correct operating problems and deviations from production plans and propose improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of work and supervision plans.
• Guarantee the quality of the activities scheduled on a daily basis.
• Evaluate and act on production reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis and proposals for corrective and preventive actions.
• Management of the work team.
• Provides support and provides information to the coordinator regarding the administration of technical or human resources.
• Supervise the execution of the processes.
• Train the rest of the analysts.
• Stick to the management model defined by the operation.
• You can autonomously operate assigned operating procedures.
• It acts as a backup for the Coordinator.
• Participate and support in the execution of new projects.

About You

Manage large databases with charts and spreadsheets, and have experience coordinating staff, following directions, and implementing new ideas.
