The Senior Trade Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies that drive growth and ensure successful go-to-market (G2M) initiatives across Pfizer’s portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence multifunctional teams to deliver impactful commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Accountable for the annual planning and strategy of Trade marketing Plans
- Design and implement winning G2M strategies for new and existing products across multiple channels.
- Conduct periodically Business Review with Customers, to share the results of every initiative
- Develop and optimize patient support programs (PSPs) in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Medical teams.
- Ensure alignment of trade marketing plans with overall business objectives and compliance standards.
- Ensures timely updates of market analysis in collaboration with Business Intelligence, while monitoring marketplace dynamics and potential changes
- Seeks and develops customer and market inputs through KAMs or direct customer contact to identify opportunities (main brands, channels & chains) based on available data to make business wise decisions
- Monitor and analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitive dynamics to inform decision-making.
Budget & Performance Management
Controlling the local investment budget (G2N) as agreed for portfolios, brands, customers and initiatives, assuring targets accomplishment with the best ROI.Conduct financial objective forecast, which are based on clearly defined assumptions, for all initiatives ensuring positive ROILead the planning and execution of new product launches in the private market (Hospitals, Distributors, Retail).Collaboration as a key player for inputs in launching of products, such as volumes estimation, SO ratio, POS strategy, price strategy, etc.Cross-Functional Leadership
Influence and collaboration with multifunctional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Medical, Compliance) to ensure flawless execution.Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for commercial priorities.Work alongside to the KAMs and Medical Field Force, visiting POS, customers and Physicians to generate patients and customer understanding, in order to improve strategies executionTeam Development
Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Qualifications & Experience
Education : Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred in a quantitative or business discipline.
Experience :
At least 8-9 years of experience in Trade MKT, Key Account, MKTor Loyalty ProgramsProven track record of developing and executing successful G2M strategies and product launches.Pharma or FMCG experienceExpertise in patient support programs and Specialty Care is a plus.People management and developmentLanguage
Fluency in English required.
