Job Title : Unified Communications Technical AnalystThis role is responsible for designing, configuring and supporting communication and collaboration systems across the enterprise.Design and deliver detailed infrastructure / application specifications, workflows and solution models.Translate business and user requirements into robust technical solutions in alignment with IT architecture standards.Provide technical analysis, configuration and support in the administration of Unified Communications and Collaboration systems in digital workplace platforms.Key Responsibilities : Technical Solution Design : Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions that meet the needs of the organization.System Support : Provide technical support for Unified Communications and Collaboration systems, ensuring they are highly available, secure and efficient.Digital Workplace Platforms : Administer digital workplace platforms, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.3+ years experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration systems.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Zoom platform administration, system integration and user support.Why Work Here?
