We are seeking a senior manager-level consultant to support a high-impact product strategy team within a Fortune 100 enterprise technology company. This role sits at the intersection of product performance, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement—helping to connect what the product team is building with what the field needs to successfully sell and support it.
In this role, you will work closely with a Product Strategy Director and Senior Director to manage the operating rhythms of business performance and product GTM.
You will use your knowledge of product strategy and business performance to create strategies, messaging, and tools that enable field teams to communicate the product’s value clearly and consistently—helping increase service attachment, improve seller fluency, and accelerate customer adoption.

In this role, you will :
Design and run business performance rhythms—driving agendas, timelines, and inputs across product, sales, and analytics teamsCoordinate across product, campaign, enablement, and BI teams to align priorities, messaging, and executionDevelop executive-ready deliverables—clear narratives, presentations, and summaries that simplify the complexShape and maintain core product value propositions in collaboration with product owners and GTM teamsCreate enablement materials—seller decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks that support effective field engagementTranslate strategy into seller-ready messaging that highlights use cases, differentiators, and outcomesGather field feedback to refine positioning and identify friction in adoption or attach motionsSupport messaging for service attach—helping sellers understand when and how to bundle offeringsMaintain consistency across GTM assets and ensure alignment with product and campaign timelinesExperience & Qualifications :
5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy, product marketing, or product portfolio managementPrior consulting and PMO experienceExpert-level PowerPoint and executive storytelling capabilities.Experience building sales enablement content or GTM strategiesExperience in enterprise technology servicesAdept at working with mid-level and executive stakeholders to create clarity and momentum.Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.A genuine passion for client service and enabling senior leaders to succeed.Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
