The purpose of this role is to support the development of a global online banking platform for small business, corporate, and commercial customers as a Subject Matter Expert in Cash Management and Payments.
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the planning and business execution of the online business banking channel, working with various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement the platform. This includes refining and prioritizing requirements, ongoing optimization of capabilities, and supporting customer adoption.
Accountabilities
- Define the target customer experience, leveraging market intelligence and user-centric design principles, and ensure prioritization throughout the build process.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and requirements for the global platform, using market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Provide strong team leadership to motivate the program teams and ensure achievement of agreed-upon performance metrics.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the realm of online business banking channels and associated Cash Management and Payment Services.
Experience
Degree or post-graduate degree, preferably in Business Administration.3+ years of experience in the Cash Management and Payments industry, with an in-depth understanding of the global payments marketplace and regulatory environment.Experience working on large technology projects using industry-standard delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile / Scrum / Kanban).In-depth understanding of delivery networks of financial products and services within the context of the Bank’s sales and service strategies.Strong business sense, negotiating skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Spanish required).#J-18808-Ljbffr
