About Us
Pacific Lead Group is a high‑growth performance marketing agency specializing in lead generation and pay‑per‑call campaigns across verticals such as health insurance, personal loans, and home services. We manage complex media buying operations and custom internal tooling to drive scale.
We’re currently seeking a highly experienced Softr + Airtable systems builder to own and scale our internal dashboards, workflows, and automations across multiple departments. This is not an entry‑level or mid‑level role – we need a senior‑level operator who’s built and maintained serious no‑code infrastructure at scale .
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own our internal dashboard system : Manage, enhance, and troubleshoot the Softr + Airtable infrastructure used by our media buyers, creatives, and operations team.
- Advanced Airtable schema design : Build and optimize relational database systems with linked records, rollups, formulas, conditional logic, and complex views.
- Build internal tools in Softr : Role‑based dashboards, conditional visibility, dynamic views, editable tables, and admin / user flows.
- Manage data syncing : Maintain accurate syncing logic between Supabase, Airtable, and third‑party APIs, avoiding duplication or stale data.
- Work with API endpoints : Use REST APIs (e.g. Facebook Marketing API, Everflow, Supabase, RedTrack) to fetch, process, and display data inside dashboards.
Requirements
5+ years of experience with Airtable and Softr in complex environments (portfolio or case studies required).Advanced Airtable schema design : Linked tables, formulas, dynamic views, and integrations.Experience working with APIs and authentication headers (especially Facebook, Supabase, RedTrack, Everflow, Google APIs).Experience using Supabase , Firebase, or similar for backend infrastructure.Comfortable working directly with founders on evolving workflows.Ultra‑organized, documentation‑minded, and detail‑obsessed.Bonus (But Not Required)
Experience with media buying metrics, cost / spend dashboards, and partner reporting.Built dashboards with dynamic date selectors, multi‑source spend tracking, or profit‑sharing automations.JavaScript or Google Apps Script knowledge to extend Airtable or Sheets workflows.Job Type
