SR. ENGINEERING MANAGER

IMPACT AND OPPORTUNITY

The Sr. Engineer Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the plant’s engineering operations. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, process quality, and continuous improvement in all engineering areas, while maintaining technological competitiveness and innovation in electronic product manufacturing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience : Minimum of 8 years in engineering roles within electronics manufacturing plants, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Key Knowledge :

• Electronic manufacturing processes (SMT, PCBA, final assembly).
• Quality and continuous improvement systems (Lean, Six Sigma, IATF, ISO9001).
• Project management tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.)
