Role introduction

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Engineering Project Manager in Xiamen with Signify.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product introduction industrialization implementation towards the execution of world class operations performance.
• Ensure the timely trial run including ESR / IEMB / Pilot for successful production release and ramp-up, providing evaluation & input at key project milestones.
• Report on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality (AQP), status, time, and cost.
• Be responsible for key process release aligned with AQP requirement.
• Develop manufacturing process flow, effective Process FMEA, identify potential risks & countermeasures.
