Required Skills :

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Versatile and quick learner with ability to pick up any new skills necessary to get the job done.
• In this crucial technical role, you will be involved with the design, customization, testing, and support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution, including custom and OOTB integrations with other technologies.
• Recommend and implement technical solutions, recommend and follow established design and coding standards, and refine and continuously improve application lifecycle and release processes. Oversee compliance with release processes within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
• Build in-depth knowledge and expertise in the company’s Dynamics 365 solutions as the technical subject matter expert. Investigate and prototype new techniques and extensions to these solutions that have high potential to address key needs at the company.
• Comply with configuration and release management controls.
• Responsible for the overall performance and availability of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
• Experience with all aspects and the lifecycle of commercial software systems, software engineering, and solution architecture.
• Ability to independently accomplish small projects.
• Experience managing the application or testing of vendor software upgrades during larger implementation projects, or separately as needed.
• Hands-on experience implementing and integrating Microsoft technologies, customizing off the-shelf applications, and supporting business-critical systems.
• Proven ability to work with a variety of customers / business partners and build collaborative relationships with them.
• Proven track record of successful completion of complex IT projects.
• Experience working within an agile / scrum team.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
• Problem solving and prioritization skills required.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and estimate level of effort. Preferred Skills :
• Hands-on C#, .Net, or .Net Core experience desired (used for plug-ins and integrations).
• Experience with microservices and similar architectural design patterns desired. (integration)
• Experience with Azure iPaaS technologies desired.
