This is a HYBRID role that requires two (2) days a week onsite in Mexico City, Mexico.Job SummaryField Solution Architect (FSA) plays a key role in delivering customer-centric solutions to financial institutions by working closely with customers and internal teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions.

The FSA collaborates with multiple departments within Swift to provide technical expertise and guidance on complex projects.

This position requires strong communication skills, technical acumen, and experience in solution architecture.ResponsibilitiesThe FSA works closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements.

They analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

The FSA provides technical leadership and mentors junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

They stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, incorporating them into the solution architecture process.
