Summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a bilingual Program Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across our contingent workforce programs. This role is ideal for someone fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail. Key responsibilities include consultant outreach, onboarding coordination, change order processing, basic compliance tasks, and maintaining operational documentation.

Job Description

Perform consultant outreach (email and phone) related to onboarding, contract extensions, and assignment updates

Coordinate and process change orders, extensions, and documentation updates

Support new hire onboarding by tracking forms, tasks, and start readiness

Conduct simple compliance checks and audits to ensure policy adherence

Update and maintain operational documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)

Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth delivery and fulfillment processes

Track task progress, escalate blockers, and help maintain accuracy across internal systems

Provide bilingual support to consultants and internal stakeholders

Requirements

~ Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required

~1–3 years of experience in program coordination, staffing operations, HR support, or administrative delivery roles

~ Excellent communication and organizational skills

~ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with high attention to detail

~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with ATS or VMS systems is a plus
