This role ensures our stack of marketing, sales, and automation tools works seamlessly to execute scalable multi-channel campaigns.You'll set up tools, connect systems using workflow automation platforms, and operationalize new marketing ideas.
Because our tools evolve quickly, the most important skill for this role is the ability to quickly learn new platforms, test them, and bring ideas to life.The Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate closely with strategists, account managers, and specialists to ensure all campaigns are supported by a reliable, data-driven infrastructure that enables tracking, attribution, and optimization at scale.Requirements5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Email Marketing, or Revenue Operations .
Proven expertise in HubSpot .
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, funnel analysis, and performance reporting .
Hands-on experience with lead scoring, database segmentation, and marketing automation workflows .
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets ; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker) is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment .
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.Experience with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, LeanData) and enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo) is a plus.Hands-on experience in using marketing automation technology (HubSpot) and CRM (HubSpot).
