Data Analyst

Language Requirement : Bilingual (English-Spanish)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our real estate development and investment operations. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing financial and operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support leadership in strategic planning. This role offers direct exposure to senior management and hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, performance metrics, and portfolio analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in real estate, finance, or investment.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, automation).
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Solid understanding of databases and SQL (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
