Role Overview

We are seeking a Jr - Mid Level Recruiter to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for sourcing and recruiting Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the US market , ensuring we identify candidates who are highly motivated, skilled in sales outreach, and fluent in English.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience , with proven skills in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach. You should be passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist Sales Development Representative (SDR) candidates for US-based clients.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other tools to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess English level, sales potential, and cultural fit .
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and provide timely candidate updates.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS / CRM.
• Contribute to creative sourcing strategies (campaigns, outreach messages, referral programs).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
