Accounting Specialist

Descripción del trabajoStrong knowledge of cost and financial accounting principles and internal control systems. Analytical ability and skill in preparing complex management reports. Experience in projections, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred. Exposure to a reputed accounting ERP and decision-making tools. Education : Graduate / Post Graduate / CA (Inter) / CA / ICWA Manage recurring and ad-hoc journal entries and adjusting entries. Provide detailed account analysis to auditors and assist with financial statement footnotes. Review GL feeds from inventory modules and ensure accuracy in depreciation policies. Oversee end-to-end R2R processes and maintain SLAs & KPIs. Proven experience in General Ledger processes, including period-end close. Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365-based F&A BPO processes. Ability to establish and maintain GL process controls and resolve discrepancies. Strong Excel and reporting skills. Education : Graduate / Post Graduate / CA (Inter) / CA / ICWA Match bank statements with internal records and manage fixed assets tracking. Perform financial and variance analysis, and ensure accurate forex rate uploads before month-end. Support preparation of financial footnotes and recurring depreciation runs. Oversee end-to-end R2R processes with strong control and compliance focus. Deep understanding of R2R and General Ledger functions including period-close activities. Experience with ERP-based F&A BPO processes. Strong reconciliation, variance analysis, and Excel skills. Knowledge of Fixed Assets and Depreciation processes. Education : Accounting Graduates / CA / CWA (Inter) / PGDBM / MBA (Finance) Manage Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, purchase cards, and payment runs. Handle Travel & Expense (T&E) processing and vendor helpdesk support. Resolve payment discrepancies and assist in month-end accruals. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and maintain process accuracy. 4–5 years of AP experience within ERP-based F&A BPO environments (SAP S / 4HANA preferred). Proficient in MS Office, journal entries, and vendor reconciliations. Strong accounting fundamentals and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid setup.

- Analyze cost variances and gross margins; prepare detailed costing reports.
- Support cost reduction and continuous improvement programs.
- Perform stock count audits and inventory control activities.
